Edit a Prefix and / or Number

TrafficLIVE assigns a prefix and number to every quote, job, invoice, purchase order, tender, and expense sheet. You can configure these according to your company preferences.

To edit a prefix and/or number, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
2. Click Configure Company Details.
3. On the General tab, in the Numbering Details section, select Override in the row that you want to edit.
4. Do one or both of the following:
   • Click on the prefix and enter a new value.
   • Choose a new number from the drop-down.
5. Click Update Agency Details. The prefix and/or number is updated, Override is cleared, and the line becomes read-only.
